Terms of Sale and Customer Information

1. Seller and contact
The seller is WEABLE SAS, share capital 1,000 EUR, 27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France. Registered at RCS Nice under number 891 213 936. VAT number FR71891213936. Contact: social@alexandrefuchs.fr. The brand Barn Quilt Workshop designates our range of digital barn quilt patterns.
2. Products and technical requirements
You are purchasing digital files, not a printed or painted physical panel. Each product page describes the pattern and what the ZIP contains: an SVG file with the pattern drawn to the selected width, a printable PDF guide sized for standard paper with a control line for scale verification, and cutting or painting notes. You need a device able to open ZIP files, a PDF reader, and a printer if you intend to print the guide. An SVG-compatible application is only needed if you plan to edit the vector file further. The on-screen preview shows the selected pattern and color palette; final printed colors depend on your printer, paper, and paint. These are decorative geometric designs; your own materials, tools, and technique determine the final result.
3. Order and formation of contract
Before you are redirected to Stripe for payment, you see the product, its price, and your chosen configuration (width, palette, paper format). You may correct these settings or cancel before paying. The contract is formed once your payment is confirmed. Your order confirmation contains your order reference, the paid configuration, these terms, and your personal file link. The contract language is English. We keep a record of the order and make the confirmation available for download from your personal file page. No customer account is required.
4. Prices and payment
All displayed prices are final prices in US dollars. There are no shipping costs since no physical item is shipped. Payment is a single one-time charge processed by Stripe. There is no subscription. A single paid pattern (North Star, Prairie Compass, or Harvest Weave) costs 15.00 USD. The Painted Collection bundle, which includes all paid patterns, costs 39.00 USD. One free pattern, Four Winds, is available at no charge and is not covered by this order process. The total price confirmed before payment is the price actually charged.
5. Delivery and regeneration
Once payment is confirmed, we generate your ZIP file and make it available on your personal file page. Generation may take a short moment. We also send the confirmation to the email address you provided during checkout. For the pattern or bundle you purchased, you may change the width and the color palette and regenerate your files as many times as you need; this is included in the price you paid. The original order confirmation and the terms recorded at the time of purchase remain unchanged regardless of later regenerations. Keep your files and your confidential file link. If you lose access, contact us at social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference and we will help restore it.
6. License and permitted use
You receive a non-exclusive license to use the purchased patterns. You may print them for your own projects, resize them within the tool, and sell physical barn quilts you personally paint or cut from them, including commercially. This license does not permit selling, publicly sharing, or redistributing the digital source files, the PDF guides, or derivative digital pattern collections. Passing files to a third party solely for them to fabricate a physical piece on your behalf is allowed for your own personal use only, and does not grant that third party any independent license. Rights granted to you by applicable law are not affected by this section.
7. Cancellation and immediate delivery
If a statutory right of cancellation applies to your purchase under the law of your place of residence, you may generally have the right to cancel within a limited period after the contract is formed, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference and the date of purchase. Where digital content is supplied immediately and you have expressly agreed to this immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of any cancellation right, as confirmed by the checkbox you ticked before paying, that cancellation right ends once delivery begins. This does not affect any right you have if the files are defective, corrupted, or do not match their description. If no such statutory cancellation right applies in your jurisdiction, this section does not create one; your rights are governed by applicable consumer protection law.
8. Refunds and access after refund
If we or Stripe issue a refund for your order, whether requested by you and approved by us, or resulting from a payment dispute, access to download your files and to regenerate them is withdrawn from that point forward. Files already downloaded before the refund remain your responsibility. To request a refund, contact us at social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference and the reason for your request; we review each request individually.
9. Legal warranty for defects
Statutory warranty rights for digital content, where applicable under the law of your place of residence, remain unaffected by these terms. If a file is corrupted, does not match its description, or fails to open despite meeting the technical requirements above, contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem so we can provide a corrected file or another remedy available under applicable law.
10. Privacy and final provisions
Information on how we process your order and configuration data is available in our privacy policy. These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside, where applicable. Your statutory rights to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence, where applicable, are not affected. If you have a complaint, please write first to social@alexandrefuchs.fr so we can review your situation directly.
