Barn Quilt Workshop is run by WEABLE SAS (27 avenue Jean Medecin, 06000 Nice, France, RCS Nice 891 213 936, VAT FR71891213936). This page explains, plainly, what data we handle and why.

What data we collect and why

When you place an order, or claim the free Four Winds pattern, we keep an order record: the email address you provide at checkout, the options you selected (pattern, size, palette, paper size), and, for paid orders, a payment reference from Stripe. This is used to generate and deliver your files, to send your personal file link by email, and to handle any support or refund request you make about that order. The planner preview itself runs in your browser as you adjust settings, but placing an order or downloading Four Winds sends your chosen options and email address to our server so the files can be generated and delivered; nothing about an order stays purely on your device.

How your data is processed

Payment itself is handled by Stripe, which processes your payment details as an independent controller or processor for the transaction; we never see or store your full card details. The email containing your personal file link is sent through Infomaniak's mail service (mail.infomaniak.com) as a transactional delivery email, not a marketing message, and you are not added to any mailing list because of it.

No data sold to third parties

We do not sell your data to anyone. Your order information is used only to fulfill and support your own order. We keep order records for as long as needed for accounting, legal, and support purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us, at any time, what order data we hold about you, and request that it be deleted, by emailing social@alexandrefuchs.fr with your order reference. Deletion requests are subject to any legal retention obligations we have, which we will explain if they apply to your request.
