Prairie Compass

$15. Prairie Compass is built on a simple four-block grid where each block's triangles flip direction from its neighbors, creating a steady, pinwheel-like rhythm across the panel. It is a two-tone design at heart, which makes the directional movement easy to read even at a distance, and it is a forgiving pattern to paint since each block repeats the same two shapes.

Choose your size and palette

Prairie Compass prints as a square panel, 24 inches by default and adjustable from 12 to 48 inches, in the free Barn Quilt Planner. Preview it in Coastal (navy blue, burnt orange, and gold), Harvest (warm brown, rust, and gold), or Garden (green, rose, and olive), each on a cream ground, and pick US Letter or A4 for your printed pages.
